2011 Conference registration

Make a conference hotel reservation, if you need one, at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Chesapeake: (757) 465-2222
When you call:
have your credit card information available.
state that you are attending the VMATYC Conference at Tidewater Community College.
give the name of your college.if you plan to share a room with another conference attendee, provide the other attendee's name and request that that person's name also be listed on the hotel bill.

Membership status:

Determine whether or not you are a current VMATYC member.. If you are not certain that you are a current VMATYC member, please check the current member list available at the Mathematics and Computer Science Peer Group link on Blackboard. The link is located in the "My Organizations" window on your opening Blackboard page. Once at the Mathematics and Computer Science Peer Group page, click on the "VMATYC Membership" button on the left side of the page. If your name is not on the list, then you are NOT a current member. If you do not have access to Blackboard or you are not a member of the Virginia Community College System, you can confirm your member status by contacting the membership secretary, Bruce Wahl, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Meals:

The Friday night conference dinner and Saturday afternoon lunch are included in the conference registration fee.
If you have any special dietary needs, please be sure to note these at the bottom of the registration form. If you are vegetarian, please be specific about your needs.
